About the event
The Fraser Valley Throwdown is one of the premier CrossFit competitions in western Canada, featuringamazng athletes from all over Alberta, BC , Washington and Idaho.
Over three exciting days, over 300 athletes (some indivudual and some on teams of 3) demanding events that will test their strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
In addition to the competition, there will be a vendor village where spectators can purchase the latest fitness clothing, equipment, and gear.
Event Highlights- Individuals or Trios: Competing in male/male and female/female categories
- Categories: Scales/ Intermediate/ RX - Plus teens, Masters 35+ Scaled RX
- Location: the beautiful Richmond Olympic Oval - has hosted many CrossFit events over the eyars.
- Kids under 6 Free admission
